Charles Thomas Tooley and Families

On May 2, 2007, I received a call from a lady who was searching for a Tooley family.  I offered to help find someone related and also learn if this Tooley family was related to my husband.  After a few hours of online searching, I located a family member and called her.  I am still trying to learn if her family is related to my husband.  I decided to provide webspace for her family history.
